We take pride in having experienced and compassionate personnel that constantly monitor our residents who have health and memory problems such as:​

  • D.A.T. (Dementia Alzheimer’s Type)

  • Parkinson’s Disease

  • Diabetes Mellitus

  • Hospice Patients and Hospice Care

      Health care professionals provide residential support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are always four employees during the day and three in the evening who check on residents every 2 – 3 hours.

Trained professionals on site include:

  • Licensed Practical Nurses

  • CNAs, and Med Tech.

Our LPNs have access to residents’ Family Doctors. Only our LPNs and Med Techs dispense/administer medications.

  • Physical Therapist

  • Occupational Therapist

  • Speech Therapist

  • Registered Nurse

  • Skilled Nursing (ie. wound care)

  • Podiatrist

  • Dietitian

  • Pharmacy that delivers all resident's prescription medicine 

Services at Additional Costs:

  • Grooming – a hairstylist comes to GY&M every two months for hair services (trim, set, perm, etc.)

Accommodation

Our spacious, home-like facility is designed for seniors to feel comfortable and at ease in their new residence.  Located in Manassas, Virginia, this 5000 sq ft property can house up to 8 residents. 

The Living room/Family area has adequate space and cozy setting to spend with visiting family members. The facility is wheel chair accessible.  

The house has a wrap around porch where residents and staff enjoy the nature and the outdoors.  

    Residents are welcome to bring along cherished furniture or mementos to feel      right at home.

The large, spacious private rooms each have its own half bathroom with a sink and vanity mirror, a large closet for clothing and shoes.  All rooms come furnished. 

 

Residents are welcome to bring along cherished furniture or mementos to feel right at home. Each resident has a pendant alarm available when they require any of our staff.

Sign the Lease

An application form has to be completed along with photocopies of medical records, History & Physical, Insurance and latest PPD, contact info of next of kin/emergency contact/POA.  

 

Residents and their family are encouraged to meet our staff and tour the facility.  It will take about two days to process application and access requirements.
